Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) was one of VMware’s business priorities. To create a diverse and inclusive working culture, VMware implemented many campaigns and initiatives, including Power of Difference communities (PODs), which are employee-driven groups that help drive representation, amplify the voices of underrepresented groups, and foster an inclusive culture. There are Global PODs for geographic locations and Demo PODs to strengthen networks for women and underrepresented groups. The company also celebrated multiple heritage months throughout the year globally.

Contributions: Conceptualized and designed POD identities, created templates, branded marketing materials and merchandise, participated in brand strategy and solutions, and provided brand training and art direction. Became a trained Accessibility Advocate to help build a diverse and inclusive culture and created inclusive designs.
